If your job search has given you the opportunity to find a job in management, the battle and stress of finding a new job will be over, but, by getting this new job and joining the management staff you will be opening up a brand new can of worms that will give you a whole new set of worries and stress that you will have to be able to deal with on a daily basis.
A while back you may have had to quit a job due to illness or for the fact you wanted to stay home and take care of your kids.
